What You Need

cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Tbsp.  yellow mustard
1/2
tsp.  crushed red pepper
1
lb.   cooked pork, shredded (about 3 cups)

 tostada shells
1
cup  chopped tomatoes
1
cup  chopped green peppers
1/4
cup  chopped red onions
1-1/2
cups  KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Make It

COMBINE barbecue sauce, mustard and crushed pepper in medium saucepan. Stir in meat.

COOK on medium heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

SPOON about 1/2 cup of the meat mixture into each tostada shell. Top evenly with tomatoes, green peppers, onions and cheese.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a side of hot cooked rice and black beans.
Substitute
Leftover shredded cooked beef or chicken can be substituted for the pork.
Special Extra
Set up a tostada bar! Place tostada shells, meat, cheese, tomatoes, green peppers and onions in separate bowls. Add small bowl of sliced jalapenos, if desired. Let everyone make their own unique tostada!
