  • Combine barbecue sauce, mustard and crushed pepper in medium saucepan. Stir in meat.
  • Cook on medium heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Spoon about 1/2 cup of the meat mixture into each tostada shell. Top evenly with tomatoes, green peppers, onions and cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a side of hot cooked rice and black beans.


Leftover shredded cooked beef or chicken can be substituted for the pork.

Special Extra

Set up a tostada bar! Place tostada shells, meat, cheese, tomatoes, green peppers and onions in separate bowls. Add small bowl of sliced jalapenos, if desired. Let everyone make their own unique tostada!
