Pumpkin-Cinnamon Tiramisu

This easy Pumpkin Cinnamon Tiramisu takes just 20 minutes to make—and spends the rest of the time getting scrumptious in the fridge.

What You Need

pkg.  (3 oz. each) soft ladyfingers, split, divided
2
Tbsp.  MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
1
Tbsp.  sugar
1
cup  boiling water
2
pkg.  (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2/3
cup  sugar
1
cup  canned pumpkin
1/2
tsp.  ground cinnamon
2
cups  thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1
oz.  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Make It

ARRANGE half the ladyfingers on bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Dissolve coffee and 1 Tbsp. sugar in boiling water. Brush 1/2 cup coffee mixture over ladyfingers in dish.

BEAT Neufchatel in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add 2/3 cup sugar; mix well. Add pumpkin and cinnamon; mix well. Blend in COOL WHIP.

SPREAD half the Neufchatel mixture over ladyfingers in dish; top with remaining ladyfingers. Brush with remaining coffee. Cover with remaining Neufchatel mixture. Grate chocolate over top. Refrigerate 4 hours.
