  • Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk eggs, pumpkin, dressing, oil and vanilla in medium bowl until blended. Add to flour mixture along with apples and nuts; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  • Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake 22 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 min. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
