  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix first 5 ingredients; set aside. Beat eggs, oil and 1/3 cup coffee in large bowl. Add pumpkin and brown sugar; mix well. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Meanwhile, mix powdered sugar and 1 Tbsp. coffee.
  • Drizzle glaze over warm bread. Cool bread completely.

Special Extra

Stir 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans into batter before pouring into prepared pan.
