For the chef who has pumpkin left at the bottom of her cup, I suggest use less pumpkin. Flavor the latte enough to give it a pumpkin taste. Or you could mix in the pumpkin with the coffee then strain. Please let us know how things turned out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for healthy drinkers, but... The health conscious should give this a thumbs-up. My own preference is to fatten it up. Great when a hot drink is what you want, only something more than just coffee or hot chocolate.
