For the chef who has pumpkin left at the bottom of her cup, I suggest use less pumpkin. Flavor the latte enough to give it a pumpkin taste. Or you could mix in the pumpkin with the coffee then strain. Please let us know how things turned out.
I dont drink my coffee quick enough I suppose because by the time I get to the bottom all the pumpkin is left. If it wasn't for that I would like it better.
