  • Mix pumpkin, sugar, coffee and pumpkin pie spice in large saucepan until blended. Gradually stir in milk, then water. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Add oats; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon into mugs; top with COOL WHIP and nuts.

Special Extra
