What You Need

doz. vanilla cake donut holes (1-1/2 inch)

1/3

cup cold milk

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

tsp. pumpkin pie spice

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1/4

cup chocolate syrup

Make It

CUT thin slice off each donut hole; discard. Stand donuts on cutting board; carefully cut crosswise in half.

MIX milk, pudding mix and spice with large spoon just until moistened. Immediately stir in COOL WHIP.

FILL donut halves with pudding mixture; press together gently to secure. Stand on plate. Drizzle with chocolate.

Variation

Do not cut slices off bottoms of donut holes. Prepare recipe as directed. Insert lollipop stick into center of each donut hole to serve.

Haven't made it yet, but sounds like something easy that my grandchildren would like. For "a cook," I think that when you whisk the pudding & milk, it just sort of blends together. When you add the Cool Whip, that's what gives fit the proper consistency.

For "a cook" It sounds like you used regular pudding mix instead of instant. That might've been the issue. Otherwise I have no idea.

These were amazing .. not sure why they only rate 3 stars!??? skip the chocolate sauce it doesnt really go well.. these were the BOMB !!

The receipe was easy enough to make. They were so-so, in my opinion. It was not a hit with the kids, as I had hoped. Quick and easy to make. I will probably not make again.

Would someone please tell me how in the world you can whisk a 3.4 oz box of pudding in 1/3 cup of milk. I used sugar free JELL-O brand pudding. Whisking was not possible.

Delightfull and light. Also can be made with other flavors of pudding such as chocolate drizzled with rasberry topping. Bite sized wonders!!
