I used a lot more powdered sugar (like probably 1/4 cup or so) and after a day or two it really mixed in with the chocolate/peanut butter combo and made a yummy treat. I took it to a Christmas party the night I made it and everybody loved it. I am making it again for a gathering next week and will make it a couple of days in advance to give the flavors time to combine. I kept it in an airtight container at room temp for 3 days and it probably would have been servable for another day or so.

At first i tryed laying it out like it said, but i ended up putting in in a plastic bag and shaking it. I also used ALOT more powered sugar... we like ALOT on our, it also makes it dry really quick! You can eat it instantly, without making a mess. I also added 1/4 tsp. vanilla to the chocolate mixture, its really tasty!

I toss the cereal with the chocolate (and even the powdered sugar) in a brown grocery bag----it's a lot cleaner, and the kids can help out! Just make sure you fold the top ver a few times and shake it up outside. Then, I seal in a large bowl and refrigerate for an hour to set.
