  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Shape meat into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
  • Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA and tomatoes in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
  • Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top each with 2 Tbsp. VELVEETA sauce. Cover with lettuce, tomato slices and tops of buns. Refrigerate remaining VELVEETA sauce to use as desired. (See tip.)

Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA.

How to Use the Remaining VELVEETA Sauce

Refrigerate leftover sauce up to 3 days. Then, reheat and serve as a dip with cut-up fresh vegetables or spooned over grilled steaks.

If you cook your meat right you will have a vary flavorful and juicy burger, I added some Worcester sauce to the meat gave it more flavor! Over all the queso sauce was vary good it could use some personal tweaks but I will have to save that for the next time I make it!
