Substitute

Using a Dial Instant-Read Food Thermometer

An instant-read food thermometer measures the temperature of a food in about 15 to 20 sec. It is not designed to remain in the food while it is cooking, but should be used near the end of the cooking time. For accurate temperature measurement, the probe of the thermometer should be inserted 2 to 2-1/2 inches deep into the thickest part of the food. If measuring the temperature of a thin food, such as a ground beef patty or boneless chicken breast, the probe should be inserted through the side of the food.

How to Use the Remaining VELVEETA Sauce

Refrigerate leftover sauce up to 3 days. Then, reheat and serve as a dip with cut-up fresh vegetables or spooned over grilled steaks.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love this recipe. love this recipe. made it for my girlfriend and her family they loved it too. If you cook your meat right you will have a vary flavorful and juicy burger, I added some Worcester sauce to the meat gave it more flavor! Over all the queso sauce was vary good it could use some personal tweaks but I will have to save that for the next time I make it!
