    This is one popular salad for the summer. Crushed peanuts or cashews add variety on occasion.

    I have made this salad many times and each time it has gone quickly. My kids don't like veggies or broccoli by the least. But every time there a special occasion they beg for me to make this salad.. It is fabulous.
