Quick Bacon & Egg Sandwich

The drive-thru might be a scant few minutes quicker than making this bacon and egg sandwich at home. But yours will be undeniably tastier.

What You Need

 egg

tsp.  water
1/8
tsp.  pepper

slices  OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon

 whole wheat English muffin, split, toasted

 KRAFT Singles

Make It

WHISK egg, water and pepper until blended. Add to small skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook on medium heat 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, heat bacon as directed on package.

FILL muffin halves with egg, Singles and bacon, folding bacon as necessary to fit.

Variation
Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles and substituting 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product for the egg.
Cooking Know-How
For fluffy eggs, avoid over-stirring while cooking. When stirred too much, scrambled eggs will resemble peas or cooked rice.
How to Cook the Egg in the Microwave
Spray small microwaveable bowl with cooking spray. Add egg, water and pepper; beat with whisk until blended. Microwave on HIGH 1 min., stirring gently every 30 sec. Cover. Let stand 1 min. or until egg is set and no visible liquid remains.
