  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat egg, milk and vanilla with whisk in medium bowl. Stir in bananas. Add muffin mix, nuts and cinnamon; mix well. Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 min; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and brown sugar with mixer in large bowl until blended. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spread onto top and sides of cake.
