Rated 5 out of 5 by from I thought this tasted great together. I thought this tasted great together. I can't believe I hadn't thought of it before. It's just so obvious and easy, but it was great! It's very convenient because I ALWAYS have BBQ sauce. I served it with Brocoli, Cauliflower and carrot blend and corn on the cob. I will be making this again for sure.

I Made this exact recipe except I made 2 pork chops instead of 4, so I cut all the ingredients in half. As a side heated up some can corn. Its an easy fast meal that turned out pretty good but I wouldn't put it on my top ten list..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, easy & delicious. Fast, easy & delicious. Have fixed repeatedly. I change up the sauce using BBQ sauce, add 1 cup honey, 1 tbsp sugar, dab of mustard which makes a great honey BBQ sauce. Even my pre-teen granddaughter loves chops fixed this way.

I simmered the pork chops (salt & peppered) in herb/garlic spaghetti sauce served over spaghetti, but my mouth waters when I think about the chops/BBQ sauce on a split wheat roll. I'm definitely going to try that too!
