What You Need

1/4

cup quartered cherry tomatoes

Tbsp. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

tsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

tsp. KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

thin slices French bread (1/4-inch thick each), toasted

Make It

COMBINE first 5 ingredients.

SPOON over toast slices just before serving.

We were looking for a good bruschetta recipe, and this one is great. So easy to make and very tasty. The family went nuts for it. I quadrupled the recipe to feed more people. Also tried it with the Zesty Italian dressing and that was terrific, too. Will definitely make again and often!

made this a second time with Balsamic vinegrette and toasted slices with garlic and it was much much better

Awesome recipe...but I tweaked it a bit for a more "local" St.Louis flavor...I switched the shredded mozzarella for a "locaL" favorite....shredded Provel cheese & with a dash of garlic salt..ohhh mymy...bruschetta at it's best..tastes like straight off the "Hill" a wonderful Italian community that are famous for their resturants....

This takes no time at all. Tastes great and similar to classic Bruschetta.
