Frozen pound cake, lemon-flavor instant pudding and ready-to-spread frosting make these cake bites almost as quick to prepare as they are to disappear.

What You Need

pkg.  (10.75 oz.) frozen pound cake, thawed
pkg.  (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
cup  cold milk
can  (16 oz.) ready-to-spread white frosting

Make It

TRIM rounded edges from cake; discard trimmings or reserve for snacking. Cut cake into 24 (1/4-inch-thick) slices.

BEAT pudding mix and milk with whisk; spread onto half the cake slices. Cover with remaining cake slices. Cut in half. Place in single layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.

MICROWAVE frosting in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 35 sec.; stir. Pour over cake pieces. Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.

Prepare using 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding.
Special Extra
Melt BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate and/or BAKER'S White Chocolate; drizzle over cake bites. Garnish with sugar pearls or violet candies, if desired.
