I made this for Easter, one batch with lemon pudding and another with chocolate. Everyone just LOVED them! My guests all thought I'd purchased them from our local Servati's Bakery! Be careful, though, to only put the amount of milk specified in the recipe, not the amount according to the pudding box. I cut the poundcakes in half laterally (half height), then cut the squares, then cut each sqaure in half laterally again to make them look like the picture...at first they were too high/thick, but it was an easy fix just to slice them in half to make each piece thinner. What a fast, yet elegant dessert!
