What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese

slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cooked, crumbled

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

REMOVE cream cheese from foil wrapper; place on microwaveable serving plate. Mix bacon and mustard; spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 45 seconds to 1 minute or until mozzarella cheese is melted.

SERVE warm with your favorite NABISCO Crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

Special Extra

For added color, garnish with chopped fresh chives just before serving.

I personally thought that this was terrible...I actually threw it away before my guests came. I was really hoping to like it, so it was a disappointment.

I used this recipe last year to take to several parties and used it again this year. I always get raves People always want to know that the 'secret ingredient' is, even after I've told them everything in it. Great recipe!

I found that mixing montery jack and sharp cheese (substituting for the mozzarella) was a big hit with kids! Definately reccommend for company.

This recipe is a wonderful addition to any holiday setting. It is extremely easy to make. May I suggest you can add roasted garlic to the cream cheese and then top with bacon. This was even better than the origanal recipe.

Simple, delicious, and everyone wants the recipe. I had company stop from out of town and did not know if they would want something to nible on. They loved it, is was so easy to make. I made it again on Thanksgiving day since I had left over makings, even the young ones loved it. That's a good recipe!!!
