Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for dinner tonight. I made this for dinner tonight. It was very good. The only thing that I would suggest is to sprinkle the cheese over the top of the broccoli rather than tossing it together. The part-skim mozzarella cheese doesn't melt as well as regular so it all clumped up when being "tossed" together. Other than that, this was a wonderful recipe!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this for a Thanksgiving side dish. I made this for a Thanksgiving side dish. People liked it, but I was disappointed. Broccoli is just one of those vegetables that gets cold quickly, so the cheese got hard within about 10 minutes. It just wasn't the steaming hot, cheesy broccoli that I had envisioned.

The broccoli had to cook much longer than five minutes. It would have steamed better if it were covered. Not that great at all. Will probably not make like this recipe suggests again.

I make this all the time, except I steam the broccoli. It is also good without the cheese. I also steam it with baby carrots. Very Good!
