This was quick and tasty. I made with part skim mozzarella and chicken sausage. I knew when I read the recipe that it would need to be spiced up. For those who are saying this is bland you need to do the same. I added 2 cloves of minced garlic, a healthy dash of crushed red pepper, oregano, basil, fresh ground black pepper and some salt (my tomatoes were no salt added so it definitely needed salt). I also topped with grated parmesan. Very good but I think if I made this without the spices it would be pretty dull. My boyfriend loved it and I caught him eating leftovers at midnight :)
