  • Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 12 to 14 min. or until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with corn bread and a side of hot cooked green beans.

Special Extra

For a spicier flavor, add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper. Or, prepare with 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles.
