What You Need

cups water
2
cups frozen Italian-style vegetable blend
2
cans (14-1/2 oz. each) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
6
oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1
cup rotini pasta, uncooked
1
env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1/4
cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

MIX all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in large saucepan. Bring to boil on high heat, stirring occasionally.

REDUCE heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

SPRINKLE each serving with 1-1/2 tsp. of the Parmesan cheese.

Substitute 2 cups of your favorite vegetable medley for the mixed Italian-style vegetables.
Special Extra
Ladle hot soup into indiviidual soup bowls, then top each with a toasted garlic bread slice before sprinkling with the Parmesan cheese.
