  • Mix cracker crumbs and Parmesan in shallow bowl. Rinse chicken with water; gently shake off excess. Dip chicken in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Discard any remaining crumb mixture.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm. Add broth, cream cheese spread and basil to skillet; bring just to boil, stirring constantly. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
  • Spoon over chicken; top with tomatoes.

Serving Suggestion

For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.


Substitute 4 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped, for the dried basil.
