I started with cooking the noodles, then the chicken...added a can of italian diced tomatoes in the skillet until the chicken was done. Then broccoli(frozen), then zuchinni, and last spinach. I added alittle italian and, sun dried tom. dressing, and also some powdered zesty italian dressing...finished with some crushed red pepper for some zing!!! I also added some cheddar, and mozz. shredded cheese! The best!

We spent the entire day at the pool so needless to say we were all very hungry and didn't want anything too heavy to eat when we got home. I decided to try out this recipe. It was GREAT! I added a little Zesty Italian dressing and it gave it an extra kick. My niece and 3 kids ( ages 1.5-8) asked for seconds and even thirds. They are all picky eaters too. I will definitely be adding this to our weekly rotation.

I made this for dinner last night for myself and my 3 young children - I still can't believe HOW MUCH they enjoyed this meal! Leftovers are already gone and it hasn't even been 24 hours yet. I cooked and diced my own chicken breast, then drizzled it in a little bit of Light Italian dressing. Also used wheat rotini instead of regular. Otherwise followed the recipe and it was perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have a very 'picky' family. I have a very 'picky' family. I am always looking for recipies that are quick and easy to fix and ones that they will enjoy. This recipie met all the above. It was easy to prepare and they liked it. That alone is reason enough to fix it again. But it was also prepared with ingredients that were able to fit a budget, a factor for mom. This gets high ratings!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from we make this recipe all the time and have for probably over a year now. we make this recipe all the time and have for probably over a year now. its very quick and inexpensive, which is important with toddlers and being a family of 7. i usually just use a can of drained diced tomatoes instead of chopping them up and it works well. its a great recipe that you can be creative with.

You can make this much more budget friendly by using leftover chicken (I always keep a bag of chopped chicken in the freezer, from leftovers, to use in recipes like this). Also, as noted in others, needs more seasoning for my family. I added lots of garlic, oregano, and basil.

I added red onion, minced garlic, and some Italian dressing to give it a boost. It was a good meal on it's own served with some french bread or salad so I'll probably make it again.
