Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, easy and VERY tasty! Quick, easy and VERY tasty! I also lightly seasoned the chicken beforehand with salt & pepper. No worries about re-heating -- we ate every bite. Will definitely make this one again!

Very good and easy to make, I did preseason the chicken because a past of making recipes off this site and they were bland. I sprinkled the chicken with Italian blended cheese to make it more kid friendly. I doubled the spinach so it could serve as a side as well replaced brown rice with roasted garlic potatoes. I thought it set well as a leftover. Delicious!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I have to say this is a quick and easy, yet flavorful recipe. I have to say this is a quick and easy, yet flavorful recipe. It's actually darn good when first served hot. However, it's bad as a leftover or re-heat. Not sure if I'll make it again for that reason.
