  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix first 4 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), brushing with remaining Worcestershire sauce for the last 2 min.
  • Place lettuce and tomatoes on bottom halves of buns; top with burgers, bacon and avocados. Cover with tops of buns.
