We really liked this dish I made last night. I do have to say that I didn't have any cooking cream when I made it though, so I did have to change the recipe slightly to go with what I had on hand. I'd say this is a great base recipe and you can mix it up to your liking. I followed the recipe exactly but the cream. Instead of the cooking cream (because I didn't have any) I added a can of cream of chicken soup, 5oz. of cream cheese, one cup of water, and 1 chicken bouillon cube. This made a very nice and flavorful sauce for us. I also added some onion powder, garlic salt, and chicken seasoning. We ate it all! No leftovers.
