Quick & Easy Lemon Chicken & Rice

I made this exactly as written and wasn't particularly thrilled with the result. It seemed to be under-seasoned, a problem that was fixed somewhat with extra lemon pepper and cheese on each serving, but the chicken didn't seem to take in much of the dressing, and the lemon flavor I had expected was lacking. I may make this again, but if I do, I'll have to tweak it a bit.

This is one of my families all time favorites. Takes a minute to cut all the fresh veggies but so worth it!

I just didn't like this dish at all. I thought the smell of the lemon pepper reminded me way too much like my cleaning spray!!

I made this dish tonight for dinner. I think it was very tasty, and easy to put together. My wife also enjoyed it and will have it again. I didn't have any broccoli on hand so I substituted frozen spinach, and left out the carrots, seeing my wife doesn't like cooked carrots. Could also make it with other veggies, yellow and green squash. Like a prima-vera. Would make it again.

One of my absolute favorites! I've made this several times and my family always goes wild for it. The first time I substituted cherry tomatoes for the red pepper, and ever since then I've used the tomatoes instead for the flavor.

Love the chicken/Italian dressing combination, but think adding a garlic clove (minced) and maybe some chopped onion, while frying the chicken in the dressing, would make the rice more flavorful.

i made this recipe a while ago and all i can say is it came out tasting HORRIBLE. it was probably partly because of my novice cooking skills. the chicken tasted very plain and dry and the dressing didn't taste very good with everything else.
