I made this exactly as written and wasn't particularly thrilled with the result. It seemed to be under-seasoned, a problem that was fixed somewhat with extra lemon pepper and cheese on each serving, but the chicken didn't seem to take in much of the dressing, and the lemon flavor I had expected was lacking. I may make this again, but if I do, I'll have to tweak it a bit.
This is one of my families all time favorites. Takes a minute to cut all the fresh veggies but so worth it!
I just didn't like this dish at all. I thought the smell of the lemon pepper reminded me way too much like my cleaning spray!!
