This was EXCELLENT! I am not generally a big fan of rosemary, but the sweetness of the pears and the flavor of the rosemary really balanced each other out. If your pork chops are on the thinner side, you may want to brown for slightly less time. You will definitely need the full 10 minutes to simmer so that the onions are cooked to crisp-tender. I will definitely make this again!
