Rated 4 out of 5 by from Why not fresh A good looking recipe. While I know they have to plug their products here, would it be so hard to chop an onion and a couple of potatoes (you might have to cook a fresh potato a little bit longer).

Only thing I didn't have was jalapenos so simply used combo of red and green peppers. The fresh ground pepper finished it nicely. Keep up the good work. Everyone was pleased with the meal.
