Prepare as directed, shaping meat mixture into 8x4-inch loaf in large rectangular Ziploc® VersaGlass™ Container* instead of in the loaf pan. Have leftovers? Cool, then cover and store in same container in refrigerator up to 2 days before slicing and using to make tasty sandwiches.

Serve with hot cooked rice and steamed broccoli.
Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
