  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix meat, cracker crumbs and mustard until well blended; press into 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 40 min. or until done (160°F).
  • Spread meatloaf with ketchup. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, shaping meat mixture into 8x4-inch loaf in large rectangular Ziploc® VersaGlass™ Container* instead of in the loaf pan. Have leftovers? Cool, then cover and store in same container in refrigerator up to 2 days before slicing and using to make tasty sandwiches.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a big hit in my house. This was a big hit in my house. I doubled the recipe to feed my family of six. They absolutely loved it and were none the wiser there was Dijon mustard in it ;)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I did like some of the other reviewers. I did like some of the other reviewers. I added onion, and an egg. I omitted the mustard and I made in a muffin tin at 375 for 20 minutes.
