Rated 4 out of 5 by from This meat loaf is CRAZY easy to make. This meat loaf is CRAZY easy to make. However, I did make some additions. I added 1 grated carrot, 2 diced green onions, cajun seasoning, worcestershire sauce, paprika, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I also added one egg to help it stick together better. For the topping, I mixed Heinz ketchup with worcestershire sauce and a shot of barbeque sauce, as well as salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. I used american cheese slices instead of shredded cheese--I like the way it browns better. It was amazing--boyfriend loved it! Would make again and double portions to make a larger loaf!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is very good and easy to make. This is very good and easy to make. I just tried this recipe for the first time. I used 2lbs of beef so I would have leftovers. I used 15 crackers and 3Tbsp. of dijon. I also added in some ketchup. I chopped up part of a green pepper and mixed that in as well. It came out just like the picture and tastes as good as it looks. The prep took longer because of adding the extra ingredients but was worth it! Did not fall apart as some reviews stated. Awesome recipe! Nice and easy! I will use this again!! The cheese on top was great! Never made meatloaf with cheese on it before. WTG Kraft!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My 2 boys are fussy eaters and they loved it! My 2 boys are fussy eaters and they loved it!! I also added an egg, and did not have grey poupon so substituted a spicy mustard. I used cheddar cheese and a provolone/mozzarella mix on it and they really liked the cheese. I am always experimenting with meat loaf, because it is one thing that the whole family likes...this recipe is a keeper! I will definately be making this again, only next time will have to make 2.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this meatloaf. I love this meatloaf. I had all the ingredients on hand and it was very easy to make. I add the cheese at the table because I like the ketchup to cook and "glaze" on my meatloaf. The meatloaf was very tasty. I served it with steak fries and a salad for a very satisfying meal. My husband loved it too, so this recipe is a keeper.

I wanted it to taste like a real cheeseburger so I added some chopped onion, garlic powder, steak grill seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt. Rated 4 out of 5 by from We used ground turkey for this instead of beef. We used ground turkey for this instead of beef. My fiancee goofed when we made this and put most of the ketchup into the meat instead of on top. We decided to see how it turned out and it was very good!! It made it more moist and juicy like a burger should be. Definitely recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so delicious! This was so delicious! The only change that I made was to use gluten-free bread crumbs instead of saltines to make it gluten free. I also added a little seasoning salt & pepper to the meat for extra flavor. My family & I loved it. I couldn't stop eating it! :)
