This meat loaf is CRAZY easy to make. However, I did make some additions. I added 1 grated carrot, 2 diced green onions, cajun seasoning, worcestershire sauce, paprika, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I also added one egg to help it stick together better. For the topping, I mixed Heinz ketchup with worcestershire sauce and a shot of barbeque sauce, as well as salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. I used american cheese slices instead of shredded cheese--I like the way it browns better. It was amazing--boyfriend loved it! Would make again and double portions to make a larger loaf!
