What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

Tbsp. taco seasoning mix

tsp. oil

can (15.5 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed

tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Reduced Fat Savory Garlic Cooking Creme

cups shredded lettuce

1/2

cup pico de gallo

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

cups multi-grain tortilla chips (4 oz.)

Make It

TOSS chicken with taco seasoning. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. or until done, stirring frequently.

ADD beans and cooking creme; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through.

TOP with lettuce, pico de gallo and cheese. Serve with chips.

Made this with santa fe cooking cream and black beans instead of the kidney beans. Big hit at my house!

This is a great recipe. My picky daughters new FAVE!! We all love it. We have made it as indicated, we have made it with shredded chicken, we have also added mexican corn!

Even my pickiest of eaters ate every bite. Used the suggestion and served over brown rice was so simple and tasted great. Will definately make again!

This recipe is awesome! Instead of using pico de gallo, we used salsa and Santa Fe Cooking Creme. I would highly recommend this!

I can't think of an adjective to properly describe how phenomenally good this is ! It is my new favorite dish. I'm already thinking of eating the leftovers tonight and it's only 6 am ! The only thing I did different was to add a cupful of prepared salsa into the cream sauce. Excellent !
