Rated 5 out of 5 by from So good! So good! This comes together really quickly, and the dairy keeps the chicken so juicy. I had a brick of light ***** cheese on hand, so I used that. Next time I would start with half the brick and work up, since it seemed to be a little too much with the whole brick. I added a second can of beans to up the fiber, and also added a little can of those diced green chilies. Very easy and tasty, will definitely make this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can't think of an adjective to properly describe how phenomenally good this is ! I can't think of an adjective to properly describe how phenomenally good this is ! It is my new favorite dish. I'm already thinking of eating the leftovers tonight and it's only 6 am ! The only thing I did different was to add a cupful of prepared salsa into the cream sauce. Excellent !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was very good. This was very good. My whole family gave it two thumbs up...even my eight year old picky eater. I used precooked shredded pork instead of chicken and I substituted corn for the beans. It was excellent. Will serve it again with chicken or pork or beef.
