Made this for dinner tonight - I thought the recipe looked great but I added 1/2# cooked crumbled Italian sausage to it. Hubby gave it 4 stars with the sausage - I think it would be better without - but 3 stars with the sausage. Not sure I'll make it again - it wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is amazing! This recipe is amazing!! I added ground sausage and had to cook it an hour (instead of the 40 minutes), but it was great! My six-year-old (who doesn't like anything new) loved it! I will definitely be making this again. My husband and I ate the leftovers for breakfast.

The texture was a nice balance between cheesy and eggy. Too much spinach taste--might add some spices or change the flavor up a bit next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved this! I loved this! It was so easy and fast. I did add 1/4 to 1/2 pound of browned mild turkey sausage. I also added a small onion and fresh baby portabellas to the sausage along with garlic powder. I will be making this again!
