With sausage patties, ham, fried eggs instead of scrammbled, diced peppers in with the eggs... the skies the limit. or if yoru avoiding carbs, try a sausage patty on the bottom with slice of cheese topped with scrambled egg whites. YUMMY!!!

Also add variety with toast or bagel, ham or sausage -- lots of choices out there.Gives more nutrition and energy than just cereal or muffin, great for us grown-ups too.
