This was a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be, very quick and easy to make. I did have to put it in the microwave an extra 15 seconds to melt the cheese. I had some cooked red peppers leftover from last nights dinner so I used those.
I made this recipe using the Kraft 2% Pepper Jack cheese and that really made it great!
This was pretty good. I used Fat Free American cheese, omitted the peppers/onions, added some bacon bits and served it with a side of salsa and fat free sour cream. Was a good, quick meal if you're in a hurry.
