Quick Quesadilla Recipe - Kraft Recipes

What You Need

flour tortilla (6 inch)

1

KRAFT 2% Milk Singles

1

Tbsp. chopped red peppers

1

tsp. sliced green onions

Make It

PLACE tortilla on microwaveable plate; top with remaining ingredients. Fold in half.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until 2% Milk Singles begins to melt. Fold in half again.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.

This was a lot nicer than I thought it was going to be, very quick and easy to make. I did have to put it in the microwave an extra 15 seconds to melt the cheese. I had some cooked red peppers leftover from last nights dinner so I used those.

I made this recipe using the Kraft 2% Pepper Jack cheese and that really made it great!

This was pretty good. I used Fat Free American cheese, omitted the peppers/onions, added some bacon bits and served it with a side of salsa and fat free sour cream. Was a good, quick meal if you're in a hurry.

This is good and quick, but I used cheddar slices instead of American. I bet both are good.
