Healthy Living
Save 40 calories, 4 grams of fat and 2 grams of saturated fat per serving by preparing with 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product and 1 KRAFT Big Slice 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slice.
Cooking Know-How
For fluffy eggs, avoid over-stirring while cooking. When stirred too much, scrambled eggs will resemble peas or cooked rice.
How to Cook the Egg in the Microwave
Spray microwaveable bowl with cooking spray. Add egg and 1 tsp. milk; beat until blended. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 30 sec.; stir. Microwave 10 sec.; stir, cutting through cooked areas. If needed, repeat microwaving and stirring at 10-sec. intervals until egg is fluffy and set, but still moist. Cover; let stand 1 min. or until no visible liquid remains. Note: Appliances vary. Experiment with your microwave to determine the amount of time to cook the egg, but not overcook it.
