cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2
cup finely crushed corn flakes
1/4
tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

 flounder fillets (1-1/2 lb.)

 egg, lightly beaten

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 450°F . Mix cheese, corn flake crumbs and pepper in shallow dish. Dip fish in egg, then in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fish fillet.

PLACE in greased shallow baking dish.

BAKE 5 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Substitute any fine-textured fish fillets, such as sole or cod, for the flounder.
Substitute
Substitute boneless skinless chicken breast halves for the fish. Decrease oven temperature to 400°F. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F).
