  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Pull cheese into thin strips. Place on half of the tortilla; fold tortilla in half. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Cut into wedges to serve.

Variation - Pizza Quesadilla

Prepare as directed, topping cheese with OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni and 1 Tbsp. pizza sauce before folding tortilla over filling and baking.

Assemble quesadilla as directed. Place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec. or until cheese is melted. Let stand 1 min. before cutting into wedges to serve.

    I have made this many, many times in the microwave, but I use KRAFT singles instead.

    It's pretty good. But I would recommend two string cheese sticks for that extra flavor. The salsa is a good extra too. And after I placed it in the oven I put the quesadilla on the skillet to give the tortilla a rather stiff than mushy texture. Great recipe!
