I left out the strawberry jam, and I folded some cool whip into the cheesecake filling to lighten it up and make it go further for a larger serving.
This was okay. I got some compliments on it, but I think I'll go for something different next time. It looked beautiful though! But if I'm going to do fruit again, I think I'll just stick with my typical fresh fruit salad w/ whipped cream on the side. When left in the refrigerator overnight, the mixture tasted sour.
