I made this today... I only rated it as fair since the recipe (as is) is really only a good "starting point" to build from - in my opinion, it's not a complete recipe. I modified the original recipe by adding: fresh sliced mushrooms, 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, 1/4 c toasted slivered almonds, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 clove of garlic (minced), 1/2 tsp paprika and salt/pepper to taste.
