  • Chop 2 cheese slices; place in large bowl. Reserve remaining cheese slices for later use. Add quinoa, beans, bread crumbs, dry seasonings and egg; mix lightly. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Add oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add quinoa patties; cook 4 to 6 min. on each side or until crisp and golden brown on both sides. Top with reserved cheese slices; cover. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Spread mayo onto bottom halves of buns; top with burgers, tomatoes and lettuce.
