What You Need

1/2
cup  boiling water
1
pkg.  (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1
tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Make It

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir with whisk 2 min. until completely dissolved.

BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add gelatin to cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.

REFRIGERATE 30 min.

Garnish frosted cupcakes with fresh strawberries.
Variation
Prepare using JELL-O Raspberry, Orange or Lemon Gelatin. Garnish with fresh raspberries or thin orange or lemon peel slices.
