OH MY GOSH!!! I love this recipe! I haven't actually made the 'cup'cake version. I usually make the whole cake. But I saw this recipe and I think I might change it slightly. Instead of drawing the umbrella on, I'd get the little beverage umbrellas and stick them in the top of the cupcake, slightly to the side and then sprikle the colored sugar crystals. (I'd probalby use blue jello and blue crystals - you know for water). How cool. Its been a rainy few days, I wish I'd come across this sooner. I could have made this with the kids. Great for a rainy day treat (and boredom crusher!) Anyway...Great recipe!!!!
