  • Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add Noodles; stir. Cook 3 min. or until noodles are tender, adding contents of the Flavor Packet and spinach to pan for the last minute. Ladle into 2 bowls.
  • Slip cracked egg into soup in each bowl; spoon noodles over eggs. Let stand 1 min. or until egg whites are firm.
  • Top with Singles and onions.
