Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The best part about this is the pecans. The best part about this is the pecans. I boiled the noodles separately without breaking them up, and stir-fried my chicken and vegtables separately. I used 2 bags of noodles, put one bag of seasoning on the noodles (after draining) and used the other bag of seasoning mixed w/ 1/4 C soy sauce, 1/4 C water with 1Tbsp Cornstarch for a brown sauce and mixed that w/ the chicken & veggies. (I also used a variety of vegtables, the frozen stir-fry mixes work great!)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This dish is a keeper. This dish is a keeper. I cooked 2 packs of noodles for a shorter time and added one seasoning packet to the noodles with some sesame oil. In a skillet I cooked the chicken with the other seasoning packet and some sesame oil. I then cooked the veggies and added all to the skillet to finish it off. Yum! I even added so left over speghetti noodles, which made it more hearty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this simple and flavorful dish! I love this simple and flavorful dish! I diced the chicken, omitted the pecans and added shredded carrot for color. There is so much you can do with this basic recipe - add peapods, red peppers, mushrooms or beef. This is definitely a keeper!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very easy and very good. This was very easy and very good. I did some tweaking to the recipe - added some additional ginger, garlic and red chili flakes. Also thickened the sauce with some cornstach (slurry). Substituted Peanuts for the pecans.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was pretty good. This was pretty good. The noodles were a little soft and it was a bit runny. I made it again and drainded it and cooked the noodles for less time. I also tried the cornstarch suggestion, very tasty!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This is definitely a quick and easy dish. This is definitely a quick and easy dish. It was a little bland, I thought. If I make it again, I will add more seasoning. It didn't have as much of an oriental flavor as I thought it would.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from the flavor was ok but the consistency was a little weird. the flavor was ok but the consistency was a little weird. It turned out very soupy and the pecans ended up mushy. Very Asian, which I usually like, but not going to be one of my favorites
