Ranch Burgers

Ranch dressing mix is combined with milk and oats and then mixed in with lean ground beef and onion. The resulting burger? Hearty, moist and flavorful.

What You Need

cup  old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
cup  milk
env.  (1 oz.) KRAFT Thick & Creamy Ranch Dip, Dressing and Recipe Mix
lb.  lean ground beef
cup   finely chopped onions
 hamburger buns

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

COMBINE oats and milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 min. Stir in dip mix.

ADD meat and onions; mix just until blended. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

GRILL 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160°F), adding buns, cut-sides down, to grill for the last few minutes to toast lightly.

FILL buns with burgers.
