HEAT grill to medium heat.
COMBINE oats and milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 min. Stir in dip mix.
ADD meat and onions; mix just until blended. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
GRILL 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160°F), adding buns, cut-sides down, to grill for the last few minutes to toast lightly.
FILL buns with burgers.
